Your chemistry reagents are always here - the free Reagents Plus program
Never run out. Never panic order. Never pay for rush orders.
The Reagents Plus program keeps your complete monthly inventory of clinical chemistry reagents in our Kentucky warehouse, reserved exclusively for your lab. It's free to join, no contracts, no commitments.
How it works
Share 3 months of your reagent usage history.
We calculate your monthly needs and reserve that exact inventory.
Your reagents sit in dedicated storage with your lab's name on it.
Order by 5 PM, receive by noon tomorrow from your pre-staged supply.
We automatically replenish your reserve after each order.
You eliminate stockouts, emergency orders, and the premium prices that come with desperation. Your chemistry reagents are always available at your guaranteed price.
Beckman Coulter reagents for every AU, DxC, Access, and DxI analyzer
We stock Beckman Coulter reagents, calibrators, controls, and consumables for the full range of chemistry and immunoassay platforms, from the newest DxC systems to Olympus-era AU analyzers that have been running for 20 years. Whatever analyzer is in your lab, we stock the reagents for it.

AU480
The AU480 is the workhorse benchtop chemistry analyzer of small and mid-volume labs across the country. It runs 400 photometric tests per hour (800 with ISE) and holds 63 analytes onboard, which covers a full routine chemistry menu in a footprint that fits almost any lab. Larger labs run it as a STAT or specialty chemistry analyzer beside their main line. The installed base is enormous, the refurbished market keeps it affordable, and it earned its reputation for running for years with minimal downtime. If you run an AU480, we stock the full OSR line of Beckman Coulter reagents it depends on.

AU680
The AU680 steps up to 800 photometric tests per hour (1,200 with ISE) in a floor-standing format. It's the standard core chemistry analyzer for mid-volume hospital labs and independent labs that outgrew a benchtop system but don't need a track. It shares the AU reagent line and methods with the rest of the family, so labs running an AU680 alongside an AU480 keep one reagent inventory for both.

AU5800
The AU5800 is the high-throughput end of the AU line, built for large hospital core labs and reference labs. Each analytical module runs up to 2,000 photometric tests per hour, and multi-module configurations scale well beyond that. Labs running an AU5800 burn through reagents fast, which makes supply gaps expensive. A reserved month of inventory through Reagents Plus is worth the most to exactly this kind of lab.

DxC 500 AU
The DxC 500 AU is Beckman's current benchtop chemistry analyzer and the natural upgrade path from the AU480. It holds 76 reagent positions covering up to 60 analytes, uses the same standardized AU assay protocols and reference ranges as the rest of the portfolio, and is aimed at low-volume labs that need to absorb testing surges without adding staff. Because it runs the standardized AU reagent line, switching your reagent supply to us requires no revalidation gymnastics.

DxC 700 AU
The DxC 700 AU merges the sample-handling features of the older DxC line with AU chemistry, serving mid- to high-volume labs. It runs the same AU reagents as the AU680 and AU5800, so hospital networks standardize on it to get one test menu and one set of reference ranges across every site.

AU400
The AU400 is the Olympus-era benchtop that the AU480 was built on, and it's still a fixture in physician office labs and small independents. It runs the same OSR reagent format as the current AU family, the refurbished market keeps parts and units easy to find, and its operating costs stay low year after year. We keep AU400 labs stocked at the same pricing our biggest customers get.

AU640
The AU640 is the mid-volume floor model of the Olympus generation and the direct predecessor to the AU680. Labs still running one get a reliable routine chemistry workhorse on a fully depreciated instrument, which is a hard economic case to argue with. The AU reagent line it uses is the same one we hold in our Kentucky warehouse for the current systems.

AU2700
The AU2700 handled high-volume chemistry for hospital labs and larger independents in its day, and plenty of them still run daily production or serve as backup analyzers beside a newer system. Because it shares the AU reagent family, keeping an AU2700 supplied through us takes nothing more than adding its SKUs to your order.

AU5400
The AU5400 was the highest-throughput analyzer of the Olympus era, the platform the AU5800 replaced in large core labs and reference labs. The labs still running AU5400 systems consume reagents at volumes where every percentage point of pricing matters, which makes our price match worth a serious look.
Beckman discontinued these platforms years ago, and as an analyzer ages, manufacturer sales channels deprioritize the labs running it. Reagent pricing creeps up and availability gets less predictable every year. We supply every AU platform, current or discontinued, at price-matched rates with next-day delivery. If your analyzer runs, we supply it.

Access 2
The Access 2 is Beckman's compact benchtop immunoassay analyzer, running around 100 tests per hour. It's the standard immunoassay system for physician office labs, small hospitals, and clinics running thyroid panels, fertility testing, vitamin D, PSA, and cardiac markers. Access reagent packs, substrate, and wash buffer are among our most ordered Beckman Coulter reagents.

UniCel DxI 600 and DxI 800
The DxI series covers mid- and high-volume immunoassay testing, with the DxI 800 running up to 400 tests per hour for hospital core labs. The DxI platforms share the Access reagent format, so the TSH, FT4, ferritin, B12, and hormone reagents we stock serve both the benchtop Access 2 and the floor-standing DxI systems.
FAQ about Beckman Coulter reagents from NextDayReagents

Pricing in this industry is tiered by volume, and small labs sit at the bottom of the tier. A physician office lab or independent lab buying direct, or through one of the ten large national distributors, pays list price or close to it, while hospital systems get the discounts. We give small labs big-lab pricing. Show us your current invoice and we'll match it at minimum, and most labs end up 10-15% below what they were paying.

Yes. We source through authorized distribution channels with full chain of custody documentation, lot tracking, and temperature-monitored storage from our dock to yours.

Both. We stock the Access reagent line used by the Access 2 and DxI analyzers, including thyroid, fertility, vitamin, tumor marker, and cardiac assays, plus substrate, wash buffer, and reaction vessels.

Yes. Legacy AU platforms are a core part of what we supply. Labs running discontinued analyzers get squeezed hardest on reagent pricing and availability, so this is where we save labs the most.

Order by 5 PM and your reagents arrive by noon the next day. Members of our free Reagents Plus program have a full month of their supply reserved in our Kentucky warehouse at all times, so next-day delivery is a guarantee, not a best effort.

You share 3 months of your usage history, we calculate your monthly needs, and we keep that full month of inventory reserved in dedicated storage under your lab's name. Order whenever you're running low and it arrives the next day. It's free to join, with no contracts and no minimums.

We'll match it, and we'll tell you upfront if a single SKU is priced better elsewhere. Across a full reagent list, the total savings settle the question on their own.
